Asian Palate is the on-going multi-facetted initiative of Jeannie Cho Lee – the only Asian female who has achieved the coveted Master of Wine title (and one of less than 300 in the world). We’ve been involved in several aspects of the project, most notably being the creation of the definitive food and wine pairing book ‘Asian Palate – Savouring Asian Cuisine & Wine’. This large format 220 page book covers every major Asian cuisine and details the world’s best wines that will accompany it.
